Engineering Commissioning Services (ECS) a Tetra Tech Company, is delighted to announce the appointments of Martin McGrath to the position of National Mission Critical Manager and Matthew Giubin to the role of NSW/ACT State Manager. 

Martin, who was previously the NSW/ACT State Manager, has for the past 12 months helped deliver a range of highprofile data centre projects across Australia. His broad technical skills in electrical engineering, power systems and control systems as well as his significant knowledge of mechanical, security and fire services have resulted in excellent outcomes for our clients. His appointment to the position of National Mission Critical Manager acknowledges his unrivalled expertise in the Mission Critical Sector and the value our clients place on the capability he brings to their projects.  

During the past year as Martin focused on delivery of major projects for our clients Matt successfully backfilled his position of NSW/ACT State Manager. During this period Matt successfully managed client relationships and project delivery throughout the region. His appointment to the role of NSW/ACT State Manager confirms Matt’s already proven capability in project, client and staff management. His background expertise in the commissioning of mechanical systems, tri-gen and co-generation systems and gas engines, heat exchangers and associated hydronic and electrical systems will continue to serve him as he builds on our existing client relationships in the State.  

Martin and Matt’s appointments confirm ECS’ focus on delivery of technical excellence in every aspect of project delivery as well as our core focus on our clients.
