Ralph obtained his Masters degree in the UK after studying in Ireland, he began his career 10 years ago in the Middle East working in large scale projects for Qatar Airways and the Qatar Foundation. He then worked in London in the residential and commercial building sector gaining additional exposure whilst working on a hospital project. He then moved to Sydney to work on an array of projects including data centres, isolation labs, metro stations and prisons. Starting out working as a project engineer for a building services contractor, he transitioned to commissioning management due to the value he found it brings to the industry.
His motivations include taking a builder owner perspective on project delivery planning and troubleshooting with technicians and engineers to improve systems performance.
Ralph’s interests include rugby and surfing.
