Sudham is an ambitious engineer who is passionate about improving client, community, and global outcomes. He began his career as an electrical engineer in a multi-disciplinary design consultancy, developing a strong foundation in best practice design principles across a diverse portfolio of projects; from large hyper-scale data centres, down to retail fitouts. His desire to push the boundaries of industry capability led to his research thesis at UNSW, where he explored the potential for a data centre to engage with current authority driven demand response incentives.

Sudham has strong experience in Mission Critical projects. He has created design plans for site wide capacity upgrades, optimised sequences for distributed redundant topologies, and developed software tools for data centre operations teams to manage their critical loads. Sudham has a strong technical knowledge of data centre operation, which he applies in commissioning high reliability buildings. Most recently, he has been involved with commissioning infrastructure upgrades for live data centres, ensuring their critical loads would remain undisturbed during testing. For each of his clients, Sudham pushes strong project outcomes proactively with innovation, and integrity.
