Thomas is a Commissioning Manager of ECS, with industry experience in the mission critical, infrastructure, mining and renewable sectors. In particular, he has extensive experience in the commissioning of High Voltage substations, switchrooms and electrical systems.
Thomas, previously to joining ECS, specialised in the construction and commissioning of grid-scale renewable energy projects and mining expansion projects. Thomas gained practical experience with the design, installation, and commissioning of HV substations and LV motor control centres. From this experience, he has gained a sound working knowledge of HV networks, power transformers, HV switchgear and associated and electrical systems.
Thomas’ strengths are his combination of both his theoretical and practical experience, all of which make him a valuable asset to the ECS team.
