Having worked in People and Culture for over 10 years, Cassie has experience working in a variety of roles, across a number of different industries including financial services, government, superannuation, not for profit and now engineering.
Cassie began career whilst studying at university, gaining work experience within a HR team and has since then, progressed through a variety of roles such as operations, recruitment, partnering, wellbeing and HR consulting, giving her exposure to many different people related situations, scenarios and activities.
With solid experience in people, culture, wellbeing and performance, Cassie is motivated to support organisational goals and facilitate programs that invigorate a growth culture and fuel high performing organisations. She is passionate about helping people to feel good and function effectively and bring a positive HR lens to People and Culture, using positive psychology tools and methodologies to the work she does, with a deep understanding that people are the most important asset to any successful organisation.
Outside of work Cassie loves to travel she’s also never too far from the beach or the bush, paddle boarding, attempting to surf (not well) or heading up a local bushwalking track. Cassie also loves to snowboard and aims to get down to the snow at least a couple of times every season.
