Nathan first entered the mechanical industry as a refrigeration apprentice in 2005 working on predominantly domestic and light commercial services. During this time, Nathan felt there must be more to the industry than repairs and maintenance. After a few years as a technician, Nathan discovered the commissioning of services and was quickly drawn to it. While working as a commissioning technician, Nathan worked in areas such as healthcare, academia, office suites and pharmaceuticals, commissioning all mechanical aspects.

After seven years as a technician, Nathan became a commissioning manager. Managing the commissioning department of a mechanical contractor.

Since becoming a commissioning manager, Nathan has grown into a well-rounded leader. Leading by example and working toward delivering and exceeding client expectations.

Having commenced work as a contractor. Nathan is able to maintain a very good working relationship with contractors and understand the best way to ensure a working relationship is maintained to get the best results.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys camping, 4wd, motorcycles, scuba diving and spending time with his family.
