Troy is a Chartered Professional Engineer with 20+ years’ experience in the design, commissioning, operation and maintenance of mechanical building services across Australasia, UK, Europe and the UAE. After graduating as an Environmental Engineer, he completed a post-graduate Diploma in Energy Management, before relocating to London, UK. There he gained world-wide project exposure to building services commissioning and retro-commissioning expertise across a wide range of sectors including commercial office spaces; retail and leisure centres; residential apartment developments; education; mission critical; pharmaceutical; aeronautical; correctional; food processing and healthcare.
Notable projects include Crown Sydney; Chau Chak Wing Museum at the University of Sydney; 60 Martin Place, Sydney; RIBA award-winning Bloomberg London, London, UK; Optimum Shopping Centre portfolio across Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, Turkey; Wyeth (now Pfizer) Biotechnology Campus, Dublin, Ireland; Royal London Hospital, London, UK; and OpernTurm (Opera Tower), Frankfurt, Germany.
In his spare time, Troy enjoys sampling local wines, wildlife photography and skiing whenever possible.
